Spicy Cranberry Mango Salsa
This vibrant spicy cranberry mango salsa recipe is the right kind of sweet and spicy. It’s easy to make, perfect on tortilla chips, amazing on smoked pork shoulder tacos, and even just by the spoonful!

One of my favourite things in life is tortilla chips and fresh salsa. Chips with Spicy Pico de Gallo, chips with my Loaded Guacamole, chips with my Cucumber Mango Salsa, basically chips and diced fresh fruits and veggies!
I love the saltiness, love the crunch chip provide, love the salty and sweet combinations. If you ever wanna make me happy, give me tortilla chips, a knife, and assorted produce!

VIBRANT colours and the sweet and spicy flavour make this salsa damn near irresistible to nearly everyone. Try it out on your guests, I’m sure they will agree! Mine love it!

Spicy Cranberry Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 mangos, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- spicy peppers to taste. I’ve used 3 jalapeños or 5 red Thai peppers
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir well.
- Serve with gluten free corn tortilla chips.
