Spicy Cranberry Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 mangos finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 red onion finely diced
- spicy peppers to taste. I’ve used 3 jalapeรฑos or 5 red Thai peppers
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir well.
- Serve with gluten free corn tortilla chips.
