Ingredients
2mangosfinely diced
1red bell pepperfinely diced
1red onionfinely diced
spicy peppers to taste. I've used 3 jalapeƱos or 5 red Thai peppers
1/4cupdried cranberrieschopped
2tbsplemon juice
1tbspolive oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir well.
Serve with gluten free corn tortilla chips.
