Traeger Smoked Meatloaf
preheat pellet grill to 225f , then add bread crumbs to a large bowl, grate the onion on top of the crumbs and stir to combine.
add in remaining ingredients and mix. I like to use my hands. Avoid over mixing.
form meat into a large loaf, place it onto a sheet of tinfoil on a mesh rack or baking sheet.
whisk together the ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Add a layer of sauce on top of the meat loaf, and insert temperature probe if using.
smoke meatloaf at 225f for 2 hours, then baste and continue smoking until internal temperature hits 165f.
rest meatloaf for 10 minutes before serving!
