This creamy cucumber dill salad is wonderful way to use fresh produce from the garden. A zingy, creamy sauce made with sour cream, vinegar, and fresh dill coats these garden cucumbers and red onion with a flavour blanket!

Ingredients
DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
½cupsour cream
1tablespoonvinegar
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonchopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
SALAD INGREDIENTS:
6medium-sized garden cucumbers
½red onion
Instructions
Combine ½ cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill and salt and pepper to taste in a mason jar with a blender ball and shake well to combine.
Peel, halve, and slice 6 medium-sized garden cucumbers, and slice ½ red onion thinly.
Place cucumbers and onions in a salad bowl and pour dressing on the chopped salad.
Toss until completely coated.
Notes
This salad keeps in the fridge up to 24 hours.If using dry dill, reduce by half.
