Ingredients
mango:
1cupmango chunks
black cherry:
1cuppitted dark sweet cherries
grapefruit:
1large grapefruit
lime:
4-5limes
For 1 white claw:
1ozvodka
handful of ice
10ozcarbonated water
Instructions
Pick your flavor:
MANGO: Blend 1 cup of mango chunks in a blender until completely smooth.
BLACK CHERRY: Blend 1 cup of pitted dark sweet cherries in a blender until completely smooth.
GRAPEFRUIT: Juice 1 fresh grapefruit.
LIME: Juice 3-4 limes.
Prepare your cocktail:
In a cocktail glass, add 2 tablespoons of your prepared fruit juice or puree.
Add one ounce of vodka, stir to combine.
Top the cup with ice.
Make the seltzer water:
If you're using a SodaStream, fill the carbonating jar with cold water. Install the jar into the machine and carbonate the water as much as you like. For me, that's 3 3-second bursts. Remove the jar from the SodaStream and fill your prepared cocktail glass.
If you're not, open a can of seltzer water, and pour it into a prepared cocktail glass.
Notes
Batch:
As written, this recipe makes at least 4 homemade hard seltzers in each flavor. This recipe can be scaled easily and the prepared juice can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days
Storage:
I recommend drinking your DIY White Claw once it's made, but if you cannot finish it, simply transfer it into a small mason jar and close the lid tightly to conserve the carbonation. Store it in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
flavor suggestions:
Pineapple mint: make or buy pineapple juice, and muddle with some mint leaves
Lemonade Hard Seltzer: Freshly squeezed lemon juice and some simple syrup
Strawberry: make strawberry juice, strain out the seeds
