A delicious baked buffalo chicken dip that's made with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, canned or shredded chicken, and Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. You'll love how quick and easy it is!
If using canned shredded chicken, drain off any liquid and fluff with a fork. If using regular or rotisserie chicken, finely shred and then give it a coarse chop.
In a medium-sized bowl, mash together 4 oz cream cheese, softened and ⅓ cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Then add 1 cup shredded cheddarand 1 cup shredded chicken. Stir in 2 sliced green onions last.
Transfer to a small cast iron skillet or other oven-save dish and bake at 350f for 25-30 minutes, or until completely melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, and serve immediately with celery sticks, carrot sticks, crackers, baguette rounds, chips, crackers or pretzels.
