START WITH

the right ingredients

INGREDIENTS :

- skinless pork belly - BBQ rub  - honey - butter - BBQ sauce

cut pork belly into 1" cubes

STEP 1:

toss pork belly cubes in rub

STEP 2:

STEP 3:

place the pork belly cubes on to the grill. smoke at 225f for 2.5 to 3 hours - until bark is dark and pork is tender. 

STEP 4:

combine smoked pork belly with bbq sauce, honey, and butter in a smoker safe pan or chafing dish

uncover and cook another 30-45 minutes
