Chocolate Avocado Mousse

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Combine all ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until silky smooth. Don't forget to scrape the sides once or twice!

  2. Spoon mousse into individual ramekins and place in fridge to set for 1-2 hours.
  3. ENJOY!
