Spicy Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 4 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers diced
  • 1-2 tsp fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in airtight container, allow flavours to mingle for 30+ minutes before serving.
  2. Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days.
