These juicy burgers can be cooked on the gas grill, but for best results, they need to be smoked on the smoker. Something about the low and slow smoke just takes these thick patties to the next level.

START WITH

the right ingredients

INGREDIENTS :

- your favorite hot dogs - fresh buns

Add egg, pepper, garlic, salt and fold in gently.

Add milk and mix until combined, then fold in crushed crackers and diced onions. 

STEP 4:

Form beef mixture into large patties.
