Double smoked, or twice smoked, ham is an absolute treat! Add extra flavor to that store bought ham by heating it right on your smoker!

Score the ham in a cross hatch pattern.
Place ham cut side down and smoke at 225f until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 130f.
While the ham is smoking, spritz with pineapple juice every 60 minutes or so.
Once ham reaches 130f, mix up the glaze and begin to glaze the ham.
Smoke ham until it reaches an internal temperature to 145-150f.
Tent ham with foil and rest for 15 minutes before carving and serving.
