Cook pasta to al dente, meanwhile, chop asparagus spears into 1 1/2" sections and steam for 3-5 minutes. Cool each.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar together, then toss dressing to coat.
Add chopped bacon, sliced steak, asparagus, parmigiano reggiano, and toss until completely coated.
Transfer spears to a serving dish serve cold.
