Your Guide

You can't have a pasta salad without the pasta! Look for a bite-sized piece of pasta that can hold its own against the chewy steak and crispy bacon. I like lumaconi noodles, but fusilli or shells would work too!

Gather Ingredients

Cook the pasta al dente, then strain and cool, meanwhile, steam asparagus for 3-5 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Combine

Once the pasta has cooled and dried slightly, combine the dressing ingredients and pour the dressing over the cooled pasta and stir well.

Keep Going!

Add the sliced steak, cooked bacon, shredded parmesan, and chopped asparagus and toss to combine.

ADVICE

This salad can be made in advance, but noodles tend to absorb the dressing once it sits. To avoid that, prepare the ingredients but avoid tossing together until ready to serve. .
