gather rub ingredients: - heavy cream, whole milk, eggs, sugar etc
whisk the whole milk and sugar together.
whisk in the eggs, followed by cream and the remaining ingredients
pour the ice cream base into mason jars.
close jars finger tight and sous vide for 1 hour at 175f
remove the jars and allow to cool completely
once the ice cream base is completely chilled churn in your ice cream maker
churn the ice cream until it's thick, smooth, and creamy!
transfer your ice cream to an airtight container.
