Combine sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and BBQ dip.
Add diced jalapenos and half of the cooked bacon.
Spoon dip into an 8" cast iron skillet.
Combine panko, melted butter, grated parmesan, and remaingin bacon, then sprinkle on top of dip.
Smoke at 225f for 40, then increase heat to 350f for 20 minutes until everything is bubbly and heated through.
