Add breadcrumbs to bowl and grate onions over breadcrumbs.

Add the beef, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, and bbq rub to the bowl and mix to combine. Avoid over mixing.

Form into a loaf and place on a tinfoil boat.

Combine ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar to a bowl and whisk to combine.

Glaze meatloaf before smoking at 225f for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, glaze again and continue smoking until it reaches an internal temp of 165.
