Peel, slice, and dice all ingredients as required before transferring to a large clean mason jar.
Once all ingredients are prepared and added to the mason jar, they must be covered by raw apple cider vinegar.
Cover the jar with an airtight lid, and place it somewhere you'll see it daily to observe and to shake or swish daily.
Allow the ingredients to steep in the apple cider vinegar for at least 4 weeks.
After the steeping process, strain the fire cider through a fine mesh sieve, pressing the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
Transfer the finished fire cider to a clean mason jar and store in the fridge in between uses.
