ADVICE

Avoid washing and store your strawberries in the fridge until just before you're ready to process, this will help them to last longer as washing can accelerate the ripening process.

Break

Separate frozen strawberries and then transfer to a freezer container or freezer bag.  I like to portion mine in 2 or 4 cup portions.

Vac seal your frozen berries for best freezer life and thawed quality, but any freezer friendly container will work.
