Your Guide
Wash strawberries and dry on a clean kitchen towel. Then remove strawberry tops.
Place topped strawberries on a lined baking sheet.
Follow the same process if you decide to dice your strawberries.
Spread into a single layer. Freeze until solid, 2-4 hours.
ADVICE
Allyson Letal
Separate frozen strawberries and then transfer to a freezer container or freezer bag. I like to portion mine in 2 or 4 cup portions.
Vac seal your frozen berries for best freezer life and thawed quality, but any freezer friendly container will work.
WELL DONE!
