Easy Smoked Queso Dip
gather ingredients: - whipping cream - cream cheese - onion - bell pepper - shredded cheddar - rotel tomatoes - cooked / smoked beef/pork
All all ingredients to smoker friendly dish. Place in preheated smoker and smoke at 225f.
After 1 hour on the smoker, stir well to combine all ingredients
Continue smoking for another hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
Transfer smoked queso to a bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips or veggie sticks
