Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in food processor. Pluse to combine. then add butter and pulse till crumbly.

Add cold water and pulse 5-8 times. Avoid overmixing! This is very important!

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and press the dough together. It should be somewhat dry and crumbly.

Press the dough into a rectangle about 1 inch thick. Fold the dough into thirds, short edges into the middle. Rotate a quarter turn, press the dough into a rectangle and fold again.

Cut the dough into squares or rounds. Then transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet in fridge while oven preheats.
