the right ingredients
- 3 lbs skinless pork belly - 2 cups BBQ rub - 1/2 cup honey - 4 tablespoons butter - 1 cup BBQ sauce
cut pork belly into 1" cubes
toss pork belly cubes in rub
place the pork belly cubes on to the grill. smoke at 225f for 2.5 to 3 hours - until bark is dark and pork is tender.
uncover and cook another 30-45 minutes
