I've been really hesitant to share this dip on my blog because it seems like a I'm cheating! It's too easy to make, and even easier to eat. But at this point, I realize I've been doing you all a disservice. You deserve to know!
4, maybe 5, years ago, a friend of mine posted a wonderful recipe for a peanut butter based apple dip in our Facebook mom group. I tried it, loved it, tweaked it, and added it to our rotation.
Aside from being incredibly easy, tasty, and healthy, this peanut butter dip helps you stay fuller, longer! My kids absolutely LOVE this dip, they ask me for it often, and I have no problems letting them dig in with a freshly cut apple.
why it's healthy
Greek yogurt is a wonderful source of protein, while packing less sodium and fewer carbohydrates than regular yogurt. Yogurts can be an excellent source of probiotics, which contribute to the good gut health and bolsters your immune system.
Peanut butter is also a great source of protein and healthy fats which helps to keep you fuller, longer. And packs a good punch of magnesium, potassium, vitamins E and B6.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
